When face-to-face training stopped, more than 50 online programmes let participants choose what they could afford to pay. The programmes helped trainers and coaches learn how to teach effectively online.
The project was named after the kaya pau Soo Hoo's late father gave him as a reward and encouragement. That small act carried a lasting lesson: impact matters more than income.
Three community projects
01 · 2020
Festive meals and care packs reached 100 families in Kuala Selangor, Rawang, Klang and Puchong. Six home-based Indian food businesses prepared the meals, so the funds supported the families and the home cooks who made the food.
02 · 2020–2021
A target of RM15,000 became RM22,500. Working with My Shining Star Foundation, the project provided 20 desktop computers to 15 orphanages. Partners also provided learning materials. The project sponsored one child at preschool, and HANKidz sponsored another child.
03 · Community support
Volunteers measured each person so 20 adults and 25 children received festive clothing made to fit them. The project also provided meals for 45 people and groceries for all 10 families.
